As our press-on nails are fully handmade, please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. We are working diligently to ensure timely delivery.

How to track my order?

All orders are custom made and will be shipped to Toronto, Canada, awaiting last-mile delivery. Order tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped from our Toronto office.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship only to Canada and the US.

How is each set made?

Once you place an order and select your preferred nail shape and length, our skilled nail artists begin custom-creating your set. Each nail is carefully shaped, painted, and decorated by hand to match your chosen style. We do not use pre-made designs or mass production methods.

Are the nails shown in livestreams or promotional videos for sale?

No. Any nails displayed during livestreams or promotional content are strictly for demonstration purposes only. We never resell or reuse sample nails. Every order is made fresh and specifically for the customer.

What is your return policy?
